"PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!! The owner Linda DeSpain is extremely rude and absolutely non-apologetic for wasting customers valuable time, in my case for one month. Her disingenuous comment below shows lack of care for the customer. I did not have “multiple claims” only 1 claim that wasn’t even paid out Essentially I paid for my own repair. These consoles are bunch crooks!! Here’s the story…. I initially had a policy with Allstate, but I switched to State Farm using this agency because they quoted me better pricing and approved the policy. One month later and 15 back and forth emails, not only did they engage in a classic bait-and-switch tactic by increasing my premium without justification, but they also cancelled my policy without providing a valid reason. I am not sure what kind of clowns I am dealing with, this behavior is not only unethical but also potentially illegal. I demand a satisfactory explanation but none was given. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office, the state insurance department and exploring all legal options available to me."
